Grant Amounts: up to $10,000

Additional Qualifications/Documentation:

• Fully Completed Application Form 
• NEON District Grant - located on Granby Street between Brambleton Avenue and Virginia Beach Boulevard
• Sewells Point Grant - located between the Five Points intersection and Patridge Street
• Financial Impact Spreadsheet (template provided in application)
• Copy of business lease/mortgage and proof of payment of rent (or outstanding balance)
• Copies of utility bills and proof of payment (or outstanding balance)
• City of Norfolk business license
• Business and owner must be in good standing with the City of Norfolk
